Compact Pharmaceuticals, Corp. was incorporated in the Philippine SEC on 26 November 1974 with Its corporate office address located at 17 Sta. Monica St. Malinta, Valenzuela City.
In June 2010, the majority of the shares of Compact Pharmaceuticals Corp were acquired by the group of Jose Valerio A. Calleja (Filipino), as President and Lars Selmer Krogh (Danish), as Chairman and its full management and operational activities. A new team of board of directors was formed to run the company until the present time.
On April 16, 2012, the new Board of Directors of COMPACT approved the amendments of the Articles of Incorporation to increase the authorized capitalization.
COMPACT PHARMACEUTICALS, CORP is a small pharmaceuticals drug and food supplement company in Brgy. Malinta, Valenzuela City acquired by a bunch of former managers from the industry in 2010, armed with a vision to provide quality healthcare products for the Filipino people.
COMPACT in recent years was a dominant supplier for government medical institutions such as the Department of Health (DOH) through its authorized trading company, the Philippine International Trading Corp. PITC).
COMPACT is a well-known manufacturer of quality and affordable generic medicines, multi-vitamins, food supplement and nutraceutical products.
